Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pinferno (the "Service"), operated by Bullstack GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pinferno lets you download images and extract colour palettes from public Pinterest boards, and — with a Pro plan — access AI-powered mood analysis, style prompts, keywords, and exportable styleguide assets. The Service is intended for personal and commercial creative use.

2. Account & Access

Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@pinferno.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Pro Access & Payments

Pro access is available as a one-time payment via Stripe. You pay once and retain Pro access permanently — there are no recurring charges. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. All charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to download or redistribute content you do not have the right to use.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that violates Pinterest's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service itself without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The Pinferno platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Bullstack GmbH. Images downloaded via the Service originate from Pinterest and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners — we make no claim of ownership over third-party content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Pinterest, Stripe, and Anthropic. Your use of content sourced from Pinterest is also subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Bullstack GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Aargau shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
